The Founder
Retention Is APsychology Problem.I Studied The Psychology.

I'm Alisha Quinn. Before AETHER, I spent 18 years in the military — the last ten of them flying Blackhawk helicopters.
Aviation teaches you something uncomfortable: the failures that hurt you are almost never the ones you can see coming. They're the quiet ones — the small signals everyone missed because nothing looked wrong on the surface.
After the military, I did my master's at Harvard in Industrial-Organizational Psychology — the science of why people commit, disengage, and quit. And when I started working with personal trainers, I kept seeing the same quiet failure everywhere: clients who seemed fine, right up until the cancellation text.
Trainers are taught programming and nutrition. Nobody teaches them the psychology of why clients stay. That's the gap AETHER closes.
The Method
Built On Research, Not Vibes.
AETHER's assessment measures the ten psychological factors that decades of peer-reviewed behavioral research connect to whether a client keeps training — things like intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, autonomy, and fitness identity.
I spent three years turning that research into something a working trainer can actually use: a 7-minute client assessment that produces a plain-English report — who's at risk, why, and exactly what to change in your coaching before they ghost.
No dashboards you'll never open. No certifications to earn. A report you read in three minutes and act on in your next session.
